How Is My Skin Scan Data Protected?
Skin scan images are encrypted in transit (e.g. TLS) and processed on our secure, internally-hosted systems. We do not send your photos to third-party public AI models (e.g. OpenAI or Google). Processed results (scores, metrics) are stored securely and retained for a limited time as described in our Privacy Policy — up to 2 years from your last scan or until account deletion. You can delete individual scans or your account anytime from the app.
Who Can Access My Scans?
Only our systems process your images; no human views your photos for analysis. Access to stored data is restricted to what's needed to operate the service, fix issues, or comply with law.
