Refund Policy

AISkincare offers premium subscriptions (AISkincare Pro) through our mobile application. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our payment provider DodoPayments. Please note that once you have used any Pro features or services, refunds will not be provided.
1. Platform Responsibility
Subscription purchases are processed by third-party platforms:
- iOS (App Store): Apple processes all subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process.
- Android (Google Play): Google processes subscriptions. Refund requests are handled through the Google Play refund flow.
- Web / DodoPayments: Purchases made through DodoPayments are subject to their terms. Contact us for assistance with refund requests.
2. App Store & Google Play Refunds
Apple and Google control their respective refund policies. Generally:
- Apple: You may request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com within the timeframe allowed by Apple.
- Google: You can request a refund through the Google Play Store order history or by contacting Google Support.
3. No Refunds After Service Usage
Once you have used any AISkincare Pro features or services, you are not eligible for a refund. Usage includes, but is not limited to:
- Performing any AI skin scans (full or quick)
- Accessing Pro-exclusive scan insights (Skin Type, Pigmentation, Recommendations)
- Creating routines or adding products beyond free-tier limits
- Using any other Pro-only feature after subscription activation
By subscribing and using Pro features, you acknowledge that the digital service has been delivered and that you waive any right to a refund. If a platform (Apple or Google) processes a refund on your behalf, your Pro access will be immediately revoked.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions).
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not authorize a purchase, please contact the platform (Apple or Google) first. For subscription issues related to DodoPayments or technical problems with Pro access, contact us at support@aiskincare.app.
6. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges. Cancelling during the trial period does not result in a refund because no charge has been made.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
