A personalized skincare routine in AISkincare is an AM, afternoon, or PM routine built from templates (cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, etc.) and optional custom steps. You can link steps to products from your product shelf, set reminders, and track completion with streaks.

Routines are informed by your skin type and scan results, but you have full control to add, remove, or reorder steps. Free users get one routine; Pro users get up to 10. Each routine can have its own name (e.g., "Morning Glow" or "Evening Repair") and time of day, so you can maintain separate AM and PM regimens.

How Does the Routine Creator Work?

You create a routine by naming it, choosing morning/afternoon/evening, and adding steps from a list of templates (cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, eye cream, etc.) or custom steps. You can assign products from your shelf to each step so you know exactly what to apply and in what order.

Why AM and PM Routines Differ

Morning routines typically focus on protection (e.g. SPF) and lightweight hydration so your skin is ready for the day. Evening routines can include heavier treatments, retinol, or repair-focused steps when you're not going out in the sun.

AISkincare lets you build separate AM and PM routines and track both with reminders and streaks. You can also create routines by skin type or concern (acne, aging, pigmentation) and adjust as your scan metrics change.

Routine Limits: Free vs Pro

Free users can create one routine; Pro users can create up to 10. That lets Pro users maintain separate morning, evening, and concern-specific routines (e.g., one for acne, one for sensitive days).
