How Do I Delete My Skin Data?
You can delete individual scans from the app, or delete your entire account in Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data, including face data and scan history, except where we must retain it for legal reasons. Deletion is irreversible; you would need to create a new account and scan again if you rejoin. See the Privacy Policy and in-app Settings for step-by-step instructions.
How Long Until Data Is Gone?
After you request account deletion, we remove your data from active systems as soon as practicable. Backups may retain data for a limited period before being overwritten. For exact retention details, see our Privacy Policy. If you only delete individual scans, those scans are removed; the rest of your account and data remain until you delete the account.
