Facial Recognition vs AI Scan
Difference between facial recognition and skin analysis AI.
What's the Difference Between Facial Recognition and AI Skin Scan?
Facial recognition identifies who you are (e.g. for login or security). AISkincare's AI skin scan does not identify you — it analyzes skin appearance (hydration, texture, tone, acne, pores, redness) to produce scores and recommendations. We do not create biometric templates for identification. Your photos are used only for skin analysis and are not sold or used to train public AI models. See privacy and data and how skin scan data is protected for more.
Is My Face Used for Anything Else?
No. We do not use your face for recognition, identification, or advertising. We do not build a "face print" or use your images to train models that could identify you or others. The analysis is only for your skin metrics and progress. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
